どの製品が発送済みで、どれがまだ残っているのか、確認に迷うこともあるのではないでしょうか。

「油脂加工製品のサンプル依頼・発送待ち表」は、

そんな場面で製品ごとの発送状況を確認するための、企画中のExcelテンプレートです。

サンプルの依頼内容から社内手配、発送実績までを明細ごとに記録し、

発送待ちの製品を一覧で確かめられる構成を想定しています。

たとえば、同じお客様から製品Aと製品Bを、それぞれ100gずつ頼まれたとき。

先にAだけを発送したなら、Aは「発送済み」、Bは「発送待ち」として確認します。

依頼全体をひとまとめに完了にしないので、

「もう一つの製品が残っていた」という状況にも目を向けられます。

出荷担当へ手配を頼んだ段階と、実際に発送が済んだ段階も分けて扱います。

発送記録に不足があるものは「発送情報要確認」として残し、

原資料や出荷担当に確かめる必要があることが分かる設計です。

そんな日々のやり取りを支える、小さな事務用の表を目指しています。

利用は1窓口・1か月を基本とし、Excel画面上で確認する使い方を想定しています。

発送状況は手入力で記録するため、メールや配送状況との自動連携はありません。

製品の品質や輸送条件の判断は、従来の確認手順で行っていただく範囲です。

Sample Request & Pending Shipment Tracker for Oil and Fat Products

A customer gets in touch with a simple question: "Have our samples been sent yet?"

At a small sales desk handling fatty acids and glycerin, the answer can mean

looking back through request emails and checking messages from the shipping team.

When one request includes several products, it can be easy to lose track of

which samples are still waiting to go out.

This Excel workbook is designed to bring those details together, with a separate

entry for each planned shipment item. Record the sample request, add internal

arrangement details, and enter shipment information as it becomes available.

Customer names and addresses stay in the original request, so you can refer

back to them without typing them all out again.

Imagine a customer has requested 100 g of Product A and 100 g of Product B.

Product A has been shipped, but Product B is still waiting. Recording A's

shipment keeps that distinction visible: A is shipped, while B remains pending.

The whole request isn't treated as complete just because one product has left.

An internal arrangement message alone doesn't count as a completed shipment.

The shipment date, responsible person, and shipping document reference need

to be in place. Incomplete shipment details stay visible as items to check,

so you know when to look at the original records or ask the shipping team.

The next time a customer calls, you have a clearer starting point for your reply:

which product has gone out, which is still waiting, and what needs confirmation.

It's a focused way to keep track of the remaining samples during everyday

sales administration.

The planned format is a macro-free Excel (.xlsx) workbook for one sales desk

and one month's requests, with entries made by one person at a time and results

reviewed on screen. Each entry represents a quantity intended to ship in full

at once. The intended environment is Japanese-language Microsoft 365 desktop

Excel (64-bit) on Windows 11, using a local file.

The scope is sample request and shipment tracking. Stock allocation, email or

carrier integration, printing, and decisions about product suitability, quality,

safety documentation, or transport conditions are outside that scope.

This product is currently at the planning stage; production and usability

and compatibility testing have not yet been completed.
