未登録のコードや、以前は使っていた廃止コードが混ざっていると、

気づかないうちに集計から漏れてしまうことがあります。

忙しい月末ほど、先に確かめておきたいところですよね。

「マスター未登録コード 検出シート」は、

そんな集計前の確認をお手伝いするExcelシートです。

取り込んだ取引データのコードをマスターと照合し、

未登録・廃止・マスター重複を、それぞれの理由に分けて表示します。

コードの存在確認に加え、有効期限や重複の確認、件数の検算にも対応しています。

たとえば、いつも使っているコードだから大丈夫、と思っていたもの。

確認してみると、有効期限を過ぎていたり、

マスター側に同じコードが重複していたりするかもしれません。

取引データだけを眺めていては気づきにくい点も、

マスターと照らし合わせることで、見直すきっかけがつかめます。

理由が分かれていれば、未登録のコードは登録状況や表記を確かめ、

廃止や重複の表示があれば、該当するマスターを確認する。

そんなふうに、確認すべきことを整理しながら進められます。

判定結果は元の資料と照らし合わせて確定し、必要な見直しを済ませてから集計へ。

It's time to put together the monthly report. Your transaction data is

ready, and you're about to start working on the totals. But a code that

hasn't been registered, an old code still in use, or a small difference

in how a code is written can leave records out of the right category.

These are easy details to miss when there's plenty else to do.

The Unregistered Code Detection Sheet helps you check those details

before you begin your monthly summary. This Excel workbook compares

transaction codes with your master list, checks whether they exist,

and reviews validity periods and duplicate master entries. Record-count

checks also help you account for the data you're reviewing.

As you work through the results, you might find that a code needs to be

added to the master, or that a transaction still refers to a retired code.

The workbook identifies unregistered codes, retired codes, and duplicate

master entries as separate issues, giving you a clearer idea of what

needs attention. You can then check each finding against the original

records and confirm the appropriate correction.

With those exceptions reviewed, you can return to your monthly report

with a clearer picture of the data behind it. For the person responsible

for matching transactions to master data, it's a practical step that

helps reduce missed classifications and incorrect totals, and makes
