営業日・締切 逆算関数パック | Business Day & Deadline Formula Pack

納期は決まったけれど、社内の確認はいつまでに終えるか。作業にはいつ着手し、返事がなければいつ督促するか。休日を数え直しながら予定を決めている方のためのExcelテンプレートです。

祝日・会社休日と必要な営業日数を入力すると、納期から社内締切、作業開始日、督促日を逆算できます。営業日を足し引きする計算表、前営業日への補正、期限の色分け、記入例も入っています。営業日は月～金固定で、祝日・会社休日はご自身で登録します。祝日の自動取得はありません。

まず記入例で流れを確認してから、本体に案件を入力して使えます。入力欄と自動計算欄は色で分かれており、操作ガイドも同梱しています。

【対応環境・仕様】

Windows版Microsoft Excel 16.0で動作確認済み。Microsoft 365デスクトップ版を推奨します。WORKDAY.INTL、NETWORKDAYS.INTL、TODAY、IF、COUNTIF等を使用し、マクロ・外部リンク・外部通信は使用しません。Excelの計算方法は「自動」でご利用ください。

入力上限は締切300件、営業日計算100件、休日200件です。行追加による自動拡張は対応範囲外です。Mac版・Web版・Googleスプレッドシート・互換Officeは未検証です。

You have a delivery date. The next step is deciding when to finish the internal review, start the work, and follow up if a reply has not arrived. This Excel template helps you work those dates out in business days, without counting through the calendar for each task.

Enter your holidays, company closure dates, and the number of business days needed. The workbook calculates internal deadlines, work start dates, and follow-up dates from the delivery date. It also includes a separate business-day calculator, adjustment to the previous business day, deadline color coding, and worked examples. Business days are fixed to Monday through Friday. You enter holidays yourself; they are not downloaded automatically.

Start with the example workbook, then enter your own tasks in the blank workbook. Input cells and calculation cells use different colors, and a getting-started guide is included.

COMPATIBILITY AND LIMITS

Tested with Microsoft Excel 16.0 for Windows. Microsoft 365 desktop is recommended. Uses WORKDAY.INTL, NETWORKDAYS.INTL, TODAY, IF, COUNTIF, and related formulas. No macros, external links, or external communications are used. Set Excel calculation to Automatic.

Supports up to 300 deadline entries, 100 business-day calculations, and 200 holiday entries. Automatic expansion by adding rows is outside the supported scope. Excel for Mac, Excel for the web, Google Sheets, and other office suites have not been verified.
