Purchased artworks may be used commercially as the main artwork for one original project, such as a music release, album, single, or other individual creative work.

This includes promotional use directly related to the same project, such as social media posts, streaming pages, and promotional materials.

The artwork may not be used to create or sell merchandise, products, or other goods, or reused for separate projects.

Minor adjustments such as cropping, resizing, or adding text for the permitted project are allowed. The artwork itself may not be substantially altered or used to create a new artwork.

Please note that AI tools are used as part of the creative process.

Each artwork is thoughtfully developed, refined, edited, and brought to its final form through nuié’s creative process.

Because policies regarding AI-assisted artwork may vary between distributors, platforms, and other services, please check the terms and requirements of the service you intend to use before using an artwork commercially.

By purchasing and using an artwork commercially, you agree to take responsibility for confirming that your intended use is permitted.

Copyright remains with nuié. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the artwork for the permitted project described above.

The artwork itself may not be resold, redistributed, shared as a standalone file, or used as a downloadable asset for resale.

Exclusive artworks are kept exclusive to their original buyers.

nuié will not create or sell merchandise or other products using an artwork that has been sold as an Exclusive Artwork.

ご購入いただいた作品は、音楽リリース、アルバム、シングル、その他の個別クリエイティブ作品など、ひとつのプロジェクトのメインアートワークとして商用利用いただけます。

同じプロジェクトに直接関連するSNS投稿、配信ページ、プロモーション素材などへの使用も含まれます。

ご購入いただいた作品そのものを使用したグッズ・商品等の制作・販売や、別のプロジェクトへの再利用はできません。

プロジェクトのためのトリミング、サイズ調整、文字入れなどの軽微な加工は可能です。

ただし、作品そのものを大幅に改変したり、新たな作品を制作するための素材として使用することはできません。

制作過程の一部にAIツールを使用しています。

それぞれの作品は、nuié自身の創作として、アイデアやデザインを形にし、選定・編集・調整を重ねながら制作しています。

商用利用の際は、ご利用予定のサービスの規約や要件をご確認ください。

作品をご購入・ご利用いただく際は、ご自身の利用方法が各サービスの規約上許可されていることをご確認のうえ、ご自身の責任でご利用ください。

著作権はnuiéに帰属します。

作品のご購入によって、著作権そのものが譲渡されるものではありません。

ご購入によって、上記で定めた範囲内で作品を使用するための利用許諾が付与されます。

この利用許諾を他者へ譲渡・販売することはできません。

作品そのものの再販売・再配布・単体での共有、またはダウンロード素材としての再販売は禁止しています。

Exclusive Artworkとして販売された作品は、ご購入者様だけの一点ものとして扱います。
