Minimo AI Secretary is a local scheduling application for Windows that helps you organize your daily work and monthly plans.

Set your working hours, days off, fixed events, tasks, recurring tasks, priorities, and deadlines. The app can then generate and recalculate your schedule based on the information you enter.

You can choose from three different secretaries:

Mizuki Tachibana

Friendly, gentle, supportive, and practical.

Rin Kurokawa

Calm, concise, professional, and rational.

Reika Kanzaki

Elegant, composed, and slightly sharp.

Each secretary provides comments based on your current schedule and work status.

Your schedules and settings are stored locally in Microsoft Edge browser storage on your computer.

The application does not use an external server to store or transmit your schedule data.

Important

Minimo AI Secretary is not a free-form conversational AI or chatbot.

The secretaries provide prepared comments based on your schedule and work status. There is no input box for open-ended conversations or arbitrary questions.

Important schedules should always be reviewed by the user.

Some native date or month controls may follow your browser or operating system language settings.

Backups created by the Japanese and English versions are not interchangeable.
