These terms apply to both HER and FGuy’s Vore System.

English

Personal use and modification are allowed.

Public and private avatar uploads are allowed at the user's own risk.

Videos, livestreams, VTubing, screenshots, renders, and monetized content are allowed. Credit is appreciated but not required.

NSFW, violent, horror, and other mature fictional content is allowed where permitted by the platform being used.

Commissions are allowed if both the client and commissioner own the applicable product when access to its original files is required.

You may use HER's included assets on your own personal avatars, but you may not redistribute, resell, share, or give away HER or her original assets.

You may create and sell “FGuy’s Vore System Compatible” avatars, models, and addons as long as no original System assets are included.

You may reference the Vore System's parameters, blendshapes, keyframes, hierarchy, and setup information when creating compatible products.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, or claim ownership of HER, FGuy’s Vore System, or their original included assets.

Commercial redistribution, merchandise, games, or other products using HER's original assets require permission.

Third-party assets remain subject to their respective creators' licenses.

Public / Private どちらのアバターとしてもアップロード可能です。ただし、Public アバターとして公開することによるリスクは利用者自身の責任となります。

動画、配信、VTubing、スクリーンショット、レンダー、収益化されたコンテンツでの使用が可能です。クレジット表記は任意ですが、していただけると嬉しいです。

NSFW、暴力、ホラー、その他の成人向けフィクションコンテンツでの使用は、使用するプラットフォームで許可されている範囲内で可能です。

オリジナルファイルへのアクセスが必要なコミッションは、依頼者と制作者の両方が対象の商品を所有している場合に限り可能です。

HER に含まれるアセットを自分自身の個人用アバターに使用することは可能ですが、HER またはそのオリジナルアセットを再配布、再販売、共有、譲渡することは禁止されています。

オリジナルの System アセットを含めない限り、**「FGuy’s Vore System Compatible」**として対応アバター、モデル、アドオンを制作・販売することができます。

対応製品を制作する目的で、Vore System のパラメーター、ブレンドシェイプ、キーフレーム、階層構造、セットアップ情報などを参照することができます。

HER、FGuy’s Vore System、およびそれらに含まれるオリジナルアセットの再配布、再販売、共有、自作発言は禁止されています。

HER のオリジナルアセットを使用した商品販売、グッズ、ゲーム、その他の商用製品への使用には許可が必要です。

サードパーティ製アセットについては、それぞれの制作者の利用規約およびライセンスが適用されます。

Future updates are planned for HER, including improved face tracking and an additional outfit. A work-in-progress version of face tracking is already included, with further improvements planned.
