Installation

Install relevant shaders and import textures first before importing clothing mesh and weapons.

Install the clothes using the tool of your choice. It can be install via Modular Avatar, VRCFury, Avatar Assembler and a vast array of other tools.

Usage Rights

• These 3D‑modelled clothing assets may not be used in any project that involves redistribution of the asset files, including but not limited to games, avatars, downloadable products, or any deliverable where the asset could be extracted unless both users are licence holders.

• These assets may not be included in finished products, derivative works, avatars, games, renders for sale, videos for sale, or any other publicly released content where the asset forms part of the distributed material.

• Commercial use is permitted only for non‑redistributive contexts, such as:

• Thumbnails

• Livestreaming

• Promotional or showcase imagery

• Social media posts

These uses must not provide access to the asset files or any modified version of them.

• Redistribution, resale, sharing, transferring, or repackaging of the raw files — including modified, extracted, or partial versions — is strictly forbidden.

Credit Requirement

• When showcasing or referencing these assets in any allowed, non‑redistributive context (e.g., thumbnails, streams, WIP posts, private previews, documentation), you must include the following credit:

“3D Clothing Asset by Rayleonard”

• Credit must remain intact, visible, and unaltered wherever the asset is shown or discussed.

Prohibited Actions

• Claiming the original 3D models, textures, or related data as your own creation is strictly prohibited.

• Removing, hiding, or altering the required credit is not allowed.

• Any form of redistribution — including free, paid, bundled, extracted, modified, or derivative — is prohibited.

• Creating derivative assets based on or using these files (e.g., extracting geometry, modifying topology, reusing textures, converting the mesh into new clothing items) is not permitted.

• Creating new blendshapes, accessories, or other 3D resources that do not use or rely on the original files is allowed.

• Using these assets in any project intended for release, monetization, or distribution (including avatars, games, downloadable content, or asset packs) is not allowed.

Warranty Disclaimer

• Refunds may be offered only under exceptional circumstances and is not guaranteed.

• Rayleonard aims to have products released in a state that is functioning and reliable. Sometimes we may make mistakes and we ask you to report any problems so they can be fixed.

Liability

The creator assumes no liability for any issues arising from:

• Attempts to use the assets in unsupported workflows or platforms

• Modifications made by the user or third parties

• Any damages, losses, or malfunctions resulting from possession or attempted use of these assets
