●使用条件 / Permitted use

- 1ライセンス = 購入者本人。個人・商用利用OK。

One license is granted to a single user (the purchaser). Personal and commercial use is permitted.

- 静的・ラスタライズ済み成果物（印刷物 / 動画 / グッズ / ロゴ / タイトル / ラスタライズUI）は常に許可。

Static, pre-rendered output (print, video, merchandise, logos, titles, rasterized UI text) is always permitted.

- 同梱 .woff2 を購入者本人のサイトで CSS @font-face によりWebフォントとして使用可。

The bundled .woff2 may be served via CSS @font-face on a website owned or operated by the purchaser.

●条件付き利用 / Conditional use — game / app / software embedding

- ゲーム・アプリ・ソフトへの組み込みは、エンドユーザーが生の .ttf / .woff2 を抽出できない形式に限り許可。

例: SDF / MSDF フォントアトラス、ビルド時ビットマップ化、暗号化・独自フォーマットへのパッキング、難読化コンテナ等。

Embedding in games, apps, or software is permitted only if the raw .ttf / .woff2 cannot be extracted by end users

(e.g. SDF/MSDF font atlases, build-time bitmap atlases, encrypted or custom asset packing, obfuscated containers).

- 生の .ttf / .woff2 をビルドにそのまま同梱する用途は標準ライセンス対象外です。別途「ランタイム組み込みライセンス」をご相談ください。

Shipping the raw .ttf / .woff2 inside a build is NOT covered by the standard license — please contact us for a separate runtime-embedding license.

●利用規模 / Scale limit

- 標準ライセンスは 1製品 / 1サイト あたり 年間およそ 100,000 インストール／ダウンロード／ユニークビジターまでをカバーします。

The standard license covers usage up to approximately 100,000 installs, downloads, or unique visitors per year, per product or site.

- これを超える規模、または従業員 50 名超の組織（タイトルのパブリッシャー含む）でのご利用は「拡張ライセンス」をご相談ください。

Beyond this scale, or for organizations with more than 50 employees (including the publisher of the title using the font), please contact us for an extended license.

●禁止事項 / Prohibited

- フォントファイル本体の再配布・譲渡・販売・貸与・サブライセンス。

Redistribution, resale, lending, or sub-licensing of the font file itself.

Hot-linking the supplied .woff2 from a site not owned by the purchaser.

Format conversion (including building your own webfont), glyph extraction, or creating / distributing derivative or look-alike fonts.

- 生成AIの学習、または画像・テキスト生成のスタイル参照としての使用。

Use for training generative-AI models or as a style reference for AI generation.

- 本フォント自体の主たる商標としての登録（フォントで作った制作物の商標化は可）。

Trademark registration of the font itself as a primary mark (trademark of works made with the font is allowed).
