[Incomplete] Original 3D Model "Chacha"

Chacha: a failed, incomplete 3D Character Model developed in 2024. Uses liltoon shader.

I'd be interested to see if anyone makes something out of this.

Problems:

* Face blendshapes for expressions are incomplete.

* Gestures are not implemented.

* Outfits are low quality.

* Hair is low quality.

* "Dress Outfit" skirt PhysBone settings are broken.

* "BigBreasts" PhysBone settings need adjustment, or new bones to better match their shape.

Free to use for most purposes:
