This is "Itazura Wind", a 3D outfit designed for supported VRChat avatars.

I tried creating it with a girl’s casual kidswear-inspired style.

The avatar models themselves are not included.

This outfit uses lilToon.

This set consists of a windbreaker, sweatshirt, denim mini skirt, shorts, loose socks, and sneakers.

Polygon count: 93,680

Breast size blendshapes are included for each supported avatar, but using the default / OFF state is recommended.
