A chubby cat-human of short stature but with good proportions where it counts

This is currently version 1.0; it is expected that, over time, any issues that arise but have not yet been identified will be addressed.

Essentially, this is a model designed for VTubing, so it is available in VRM (0.x) format. This version has a total of 99 bones, including those for physics. Around 20k triangles. A single outfit. Plus some simple expressions and visemes.
