Have you ever found the perfect high heels, only to struggle with the ankle angle not quite fitting your VRoid avatar?

This tool was born from that exact frustration. Adjusting the ankle bones directly in the armature works in Unity — but the angles reset on upload to VRChat. To solve this, we created an editor extension that bakes the ankle and toe angles directly into blendshapes.

🦶 Features

Auto-detects the Body mesh just by specifying the avatar

Adjust foot and toe angles independently with sliders

Uses actual bone rotation + BakeMesh to capture deltas — deformation faithfully follows skin weights

Original mesh asset is never modified; a new mesh asset is created instead

📦 Requirements

Unity 2019.4 or later

Avatar exported from VRoid Studio (VRM imported into Unity)

VRChat SDK (VRCSDK3-AVATAR)

📝 How to Use

Extract the downloaded .zip file, then double-click the .unitypackage to import

Open Tools > HighHeel Blendshape Generator

Drag and drop your avatar

Adjust the angle sliders and hit Generate!

VRoid アバターにかわいいハイヒールを見つけたのに、足首の角度が合わなくて困ったことはありませんか？

標準の足首角度でもなく、ハイヒール用の角度でもなく、「なんか微妙にズレる」問題、ありますよね。

このツールはそんな悩みから生まれました。アーマチュアで足首を直接調整しても VRChat にアップロードすると角度が戻ってしまう……その問題を解決するために、足首・つま先の角度をBlendshapeとして焼き込むエディタ拡張を作りました。

🦶 できること

アバターを指定するだけで Body メッシュを自動検出

足首（Foot）とつま先（ToeBase）の角度を個別にスライダーで調整

ボーンを実際に回転させて BakeMesh で差分を取得するため、スキンウェイト通りの自然な変形

元のメッシュアセットは一切変更せず、新規メッシュとして保存

📦 動作環境

Unity 2019.4 以降

VRoid Studio で出力したアバター（VRM → Unity インポート済み）

VRChat SDK（VRCSDK3-AVATAR）

📝 使い方

ダウンロードしたzipファイルを解凍し、HighHeelBlendshapeGenerator_(バージョン番号).unitypackage をダブルクリックしてインポート

Tools > HighHeel Blendshape Generator を開く

アバターをドラッグ＆ドロップ

スライダーで角度を調整して生成ボタンを押すだけ！
