This magic barrier effect, created using Unity's particle system, includes 10 different circular and square barrier effects.

Each effect contains four prefabs:

Outer frame only (circle),

Square,

Outer frame only (square)

You can freely adjust the size.

This package provides both URP and Built-in versions of the shaders.
