Live2Dモデル「狐狸小姐」をご購入いただいた場合、

以下の内容を読み、同意したものとみなされますので、必ず詳細をご確認ください。

1. 本Live2Dモデル「狐狸小姐」は**量販モデル**であり、複数の方が購入・使用するものです。

個人限定販売ではありません。

2. 【情報収集フォーム】の記入が必須となります。

購入後は必ずDMにて以下の情報をお知らせください。

ファイル送信のためメールアドレスが必要です。

① 使用予定プラットフォーム（例：YouTube、Twitch、Twitter/X）

② プラットフォームユーザー名 / チャンネルID

③ 国 / 地域

④ メールアドレス

※配信プラットフォームが未定の場合でも、ご連絡が取れる方法を必ずお知らせください。

3. 初期設定では**テンキーの0を押すとウォーターマークが非表示**になります。

誤操作を防ぐため、各自でキー設定を変更してください。

4. 各Live2Dモデルファイルには固有のコードが付与されており、プラットフォームごとに異なります。

無断複製・違法転売は厳禁です。

違反者には法的責任を追及いたします。

5. 本モデルは**一人一利用**となります。

複数人での共有使用、あらゆる形式での二次配布・転売は禁止です。

購入記録の不定期確認を実施いたします。

6. 使用プラットフォームの制限はありませんが、**必ず全ての情報を登録**してください。

権利侵害が確認された場合、厳正に対処いたします。

7. 合理的な範囲内での二次改変は許可されます。

キャラクターの丑悪化、AIによる加工・学習・画像生成は禁止です。

8. 本モデルは「VTube Studio」で動作します。

モデルファイルに不具合がないことは確認済みです。

使い方は各自で学習してください。

設定代行・使い方レクチャー・ソフトのインストールサポートは行っておりません。

9. 本モデルを使用した募集・誘導行為を行う場合、**必ず出典を明記**してください。

情報を隠蔽・曖昧にし、専用モデルと誤認させる行為は禁止です。

10. 法令・公序良俗に反する発言・行為への使用は厳禁です。

利用者が法令違反その他不良行為を行った場合、モデル制作者は一切責任を負いません。

本モデルは著作権登録済みです。

規約違反・権利侵害が確認された場合、法的責任を追及いたします。

購入と同時に本規約を読み同意したものとみなします。

規約違反者にはモデルの使用権を撤回いたします。

最終的な解釈権は@摘星飛鱼 に帰属します。

1. This Live2D model “Fox Lady” is a **mass-produced model** and will be sold and used by multiple people.

It is **NOT exclusive** to a single buyer.

2. You **MUST** fill out the information form and contact us via private message with your email for file delivery:

① Intended platform (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Twitter/X)

② Platform username / Channel ID

③ Your country / region

④ Email address

If you haven’t decided your streaming platform, please provide a valid contact method.

3. By default, pressing **NUMPAD 0** hides the watermark.

Please change the hotkey to avoid accidental operation.

4. Each Live2D model file has a unique serial code.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, or illegal resale is **strictly prohibited**. Violators will be held legally responsible.

5. This model is for **one person per purchase only**.

Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the model is forbidden.

Purchase records may be checked randomly.

6. There is no platform restriction, but you **must complete full registration**.

Any infringement will be prosecuted.

7. Reasonable edits are allowed.

You **MUST NOT** defame, uglify, or use the model for AI training / AI image generation.

8. This model works in **VTube Studio**.

The model file is fully tested and functional.

We do **NOT** provide setup, tutorial, installation, or technical support.

9. Do not use this model for recruitment or promotion without **clearly crediting the source**.

Do not mislead others into believing this is a private / exclusive model.

10. Do not use this model for any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

The creator is not responsible for any misconduct by the user.

This model is **copyright registered**.

Legal action will be taken against those who violate these terms.

Purchase implies acceptance of all terms above.

Violators will have their usage rights revoked.
