1. 利用許可

本データは、購入者本人によるVRChat内での利用を目的として提供されます。

VRChat上のアバターへの改変・調整

（サイズ変更、テクスチャ編集等）は可能です。

2. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

本データおよび改変データの

再配布、再販売、譲渡、無償配布

本データを含む形での商用販売

（衣装・アバター・ワールド等）

自作発言、制作者を偽る行為

3. 商用利用について

個人利用のみ可とします。

収益化を目的とした利用は不可です。

配信・動画・SNS等での使用は問題ありません

（クレジット表記は任意です）。

4. 改変・二次創作

個人利用の範囲内での改変は自由です。

改変後であっても、本データを含む場合は本規約が適用されます。

5. 免責事項

本データの使用により生じたトラブル・損害について、

当ショップは一切の責任を負いません。

VRChatやUnityの仕様変更による動作不具合について、保証は行いません。

6. サポート・返金

データの性質上、返金対応は行っておりません。

明らかな不備がある場合は、BOOTHのメッセージ機能よりご連絡ください。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。

最新の規約は、購入時点で公開されている内容が適用されます。

Terms of Use (For VRChat)

These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the data (outfits, accessories, textures, etc., hereinafter referred to as “the Data”) created and sold by tomutomi atelier (hereinafter referred to as “the Shop”).

By purchasing or using the Data, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Permitted Use

The Data is provided for personal use by the purchaser within VRChat only.

Modification and adjustment of the Data for use on VRChat avatars

(including resizing and texture editing) are permitted.

2. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited:

Redistribution, resale, transfer, or free distribution of the Data or modified versions of the Data

Commercial sale of content that includes the Data

(including outfits, avatars, or worlds)

Claiming the Data as your own or misrepresenting the creator

Use of the Data as training data for AI or machine learning

Use that violates laws, public order, or morals

3. Commercial Use

Personal use only is permitted.

Use for monetization purposes

(such as selling avatars or paid worlds) is not allowed.

Use in streaming, videos, and social media is permitted

(credit attribution is optional).

4. Modifications and Derivative Works

Modifications are permitted within the scope of personal use.

Even after modification, if the Data is included, these Terms shall continue to apply.

5. Disclaimer

The Shop shall not be held responsible for any troubles or damages arising from the use of the Data.

No guarantee is provided for issues caused by changes in VRChat or Unity specifications.

6. Support and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available.

If there is a clear defect in the Data, please contact us via BOOTH’s messaging system.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be changed without prior notice.

The latest version of the Terms available at the time of purchase shall apply.
