This model includes an integrated menu for the following outfits/states:

Desert Outfit: High-detail outfit based on the series' desert arc.

Refunds are not available due to the digital nature of the product.

VRChat UPLOAD REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the model works correctly in Unity and VRChat, please make sure you have the following updated tools installed:

Unity Version: Unity 2022.3.22f1 (Required for the current VRChat SDK).

Poiyomi Shader: The model is configured using Poiyomi 8.1 or higher (Free/Pro). Please import the shader before importing the Unity Package to ensure materials load correctly.

Installation Steps:

Create a new "Avatar" project in VCC.

Import the Poiyomi Shader package.

Import the Emilia_Special_Edition.unitypackage.

Open the included Scene, login to the SDK, and Upload!

1. LICENSE OF USE

- This file includes clothing, accessories, hairstyles, and textures for 3D models, designed as costumes or complementary content for personal characters.

- The content is licensed for **PERSONAL USE only.**

- It is **NOT** allowed to resell, redistribute, or upload these files to other platforms.

- Explicit commercial use is **NOT** permitted (e.g., charging to access, view, or use).

- They may not be used in videogames, films, or other commercial products without prior authorization.

2. MODIFICATIONS AND DERIVATIVE WORKS

- Modifying the files does not grant distribution rights. Redistribution is only allowed if the final model contains MORE THAN 60% original content.

- Textures, accessories, and clothing can be used on other personal models as long as the original files or their parts are not redistributed.

- Modified models also cannot be uploaded or shared if they still retain significant parts of the purchased files.

- Sale, rental, or direct/indirect distribution of the content.

- Use as the main character in videogames or commercial films without authorization.

- Explicit direct monetization (e.g., charging to view, download, or access the model or content including the model).
