COS Strategy Engine v7.6.1 (SAFE) is a browser-based self-learning web calculator designed to support individualized controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) planning.

No installation required. Runs offline entirely within your browser.

Data never leaves your device.

Key functions:

• Gonadotropin starting dose calculator (based on age, AMH, target oocytes)

• MII retrieval predictor (with FmOI-based trigger decision)

• Baseline vs Extension scenarios

• Interactive heatmap (Days × Follicles)

• CSV/Excel self-learning: refit regression or Poisson models using your own data
