꒰ఎ 이용 가능 범위 ໒꒱

구매자 본인의 VRChat 아바타에 자유롭게 적용할 수 있습니다.

개인적인 용도에 한하여 텍스처, 색상, 크기 등의 수정이 가능합니다.

본 상품을 적용한 아바타를 이용하여 VRChat 플레이, 사진 촬영, 영상 제작 및 방송을 할 수 있습니다.

본 상품을 적용한 아바타를 이용한 SNS 게시물 및 영상 등의 제작·업로드가 가능합니다.

꒰ఎ 커미션 및 아바타 판매 ໒꒱

본 상품을 이용한 아바타 커미션 작업은 상품을 이용하는 양쪽 모두가 해당 상품을 정식으로 구매한 경우에만 허용됩니다.

커미션의 경우 커미션 작업자와 의뢰인 모두 본 상품을 각각 정식으로 구매해야 합니다.

한쪽의 구매만으로 다른 사람이 해당 상품을 사용하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다.

작업자는 의뢰인의 구매 여부와 관계없이 본인의 상품 구매가 필요합니다.

의뢰인은 커미션을 신청하기 전에 본 상품을 직접 구매해야 합니다.

상품 구매 여부를 확인할 수 없는 경우 커미션 작업에 상품을 사용할 수 없습니다.

상품을 적용한 아바타를 커미션을 통해 제작하는 것은 허용되지만, 상품 파일 자체가 의뢰인에게 별도로 전달되는 형태의 커미션은 허용되지 않습니다.

아바타 판매의 경우 본 상품을 적용한 아바타를 판매하거나 양도하는 경우에도 해당 아바타의 최종 사용자가 본 상품을 정식으로 구매해야 합니다.

상품 파일을 아바타에 포함하여 구매자가 별도의 상품 구매 없이 사용할 수 있도록 하는 행위는 금지됩니다.

꒰ఎ 금지사항 ໒꒱

다음과 같은 행위를 금지합니다.

상품 파일 자체의 재배포 및 공유

구매하지 않은 제3자에게 상품 파일을 제공하는 행위

상품 파일의 판매, 양도, 교환 및 무료 배포

상품을 다른 배포용 파일에 무단으로 포함하는 행위

수정 여부와 관계없이 상품 파일을 제3자에게 배포하는 행위

상품의 저작권을 침해하거나 제작자를 사칭하는 행위

상품 파일을 추출하여 다른 상품 제작에 사용하는 행위

구매하지 않은 사람이 사용할 수 있도록 상품 파일을 전달하는 행위

꒰ఎ 상업적 이용 ໒꒱

본 상품을 적용한 아바타를 이용한 영상, 방송, 사진 등의 콘텐츠 제작 및 수익 창출은 제작자와 조율 후 가능합니다. 문의는 부스 혹은 메일로 주시길 바랍니다.

단, 본 상품 자체의 파일 또는 수정된 파일을 판매하거나 배포하는 것은 허용되지 않습니다.

상품을 이용한 아바타 커미션 및 아바타 판매는 본 이용약관의 커미션 및 아바타 판매 조건을 따라야 합니다.

꒰ఎ 수정 및 편집 ໒꒱

구매자는 개인적인 사용을 목적으로 상품을 원형에서 크게 바뀌지 않는 범위 안에서 변형할 수 있습니다.

다만 수정된 파일 역시 원본 상품과 동일하게 재배포, 판매, 공유할 수 없습니다.

수정된 상품을 이용한 아바타를 커미션 또는 판매에 사용하는 경우에도 본 이용약관의 구매 조건을 따라야 합니다.

꒰ఎ 환불 ໒꒱

디지털 상품의 특성상 구매 후 단순 변심 또는 구매자의 실수로 인한 환불은 어렵습니다.

상품에 심각한 오류가 있거나 정상적으로 사용할 수 없는 문제가 발생한 경우 BOOTH 메시지 등을 통해 문의해 주세요.

상품의 오류 수정 및 업데이트가 진행될 수 있습니다.

購入者本人のVRChatアバターに自由に使用することができます。

個人的な用途に限り、テクスチャ・色・サイズなどの変更が可能です。

本商品を適用したアバターを使用して、VRChatでのプレイ、写真撮影、動画制作および配信を行うことができます。

本商品を適用したアバターを使用したSNSへの投稿や動画などの制作・公開も可能です。

꒰ఎ コミッション・アバター販売 ໒꒱

本商品を使用したアバターのコミッション制作は、**商品を使用する双方がそれぞれ本商品を正規に購入している場合に限り許可されます。**

コミッションの場合、コミッション制作者と依頼者の双方が、それぞれ本商品を正規に購入する必要があります。

一方のみが購入した状態で、もう一方が本商品を使用することはできません。

制作者は、依頼者の購入状況に関係なく、自身で本商品を購入する必要があります。

依頼者は、コミッションを依頼する前に本商品を自身で購入する必要があります。

商品の購入を確認できない場合、本商品を使用したコミッション制作を行うことはできません。

本商品を適用したアバターをコミッションによって制作することは許可されていますが、商品ファイルそのものを依頼者へ別途渡す形式のコミッションは禁止します。

アバター販売の場合、本商品を適用したアバターを販売・譲渡する際にも、そのアバターの最終利用者が本商品を正規に購入する必要があります。

商品ファイルをアバターに含め、購入者が本商品を別途購入することなく使用できる状態にする行為は禁止します。

꒰ఎ 禁止事項 ໒꒱

以下の行為を禁止します。

商品ファイルそのものの再配布・共有

未購入の第三者への商品ファイルの提供

商品ファイルの販売・譲渡・交換・無償配布

本商品を他の配布用ファイルに無断で含める行為

改変の有無にかかわらず、商品ファイルを第三者へ配布する行為

本商品の著作権を侵害する行為、または制作者を騙る行為

商品ファイルを抽出し、他の商品制作に使用する行為

未購入者が使用できるよう商品ファイルを提供する行為

꒰ఎ 商用利用 ໒꒱

本商品を適用したアバターを使用した動画・配信・写真などのコンテンツ制作および収益化については、制作者との事前相談の上で可能です。お問い合わせはBOOTHまたはメールよりお願いいたします。

ただし、本商品そのもののファイル、または改変したファイルを販売・配布することは禁止します。

本商品を使用したアバターのコミッションおよびアバター販売については、本利用規約のコミッション・アバター販売に関する条件に従ってください。

꒰ఎ 改変・編集 ໒꒱

購入者は、個人的な使用を目的とし、本商品の原形を大きく損なわない範囲で改変することができます。

ただし、改変したファイルについても、元の商品と同様に再配布・販売・共有することは禁止します。

改変した本商品を使用したアバターをコミッションまたは販売に使用する場合も、本利用規約の購入条件に従う必要があります。

꒰ఎ 返金 ໒꒱

デジタル商品の性質上、ご購入後のお客様都合や購入ミスによる返金は原則としてお受けできません。

商品に重大な不具合がある場合や、正常に使用できない問題が発生した場合は、BOOTHメッセージなどからお問い合わせください。

꒰ఎ アップデート・サポート ໒꒱

商品の不具合修正およびアップデートを行う場合があります。

アップデート内容および時期は、制作者の判断により変更される場合があります。

商品使用中に問題が発生した場合は、可能な範囲でサポートいたします。

本商品の著作権および関連する権利は制作者に帰属します。

本商品を購入しても、商品の著作権が購入者へ譲渡されるものではありません。

購入者は、本商品を購入することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

本利用規約は、商品の円滑な利用のため、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。

規約が変更された場合、変更後の利用については改定後の規約が適用されます。

You may freely use this product on your own VRChat avatar.

You may modify the textures, colors, size, and other aspects of the product for personal use only.

You may use an avatar with this product applied for playing VRChat, taking photos, creating videos, and streaming.

You may also create and upload SNS posts, videos, and other content using an avatar with this product applied.

꒰ఎ Commissions & Avatar Sales ໒꒱

Avatar commission work using this product is permitted only when **both parties using the product have each purchased the product legitimately.**

For commissions, both the commissioner/client and the commission creator must each purchase this product legitimately.

One person's purchase does not grant another person the right to use the product.

The creator must purchase the product themselves regardless of whether the client has purchased it.

The client must purchase the product themselves before requesting a commission.

If the purchase of the product cannot be confirmed, the product may not be used for the commission.

Creating an avatar with this product applied through a commission is permitted; however, commissions in which the product files themselves are separately provided to the client are not permitted.

For avatar sales, if an avatar with this product applied is sold or transferred, the final user of the avatar must also purchase this product legitimately.

It is prohibited to include the product files in an avatar in a way that allows the purchaser to use the product without purchasing it separately.

꒰ఎ Prohibited Activities ໒꒱

The following activities are prohibited:

Redistributing or sharing the product files themselves

Providing the product files to third parties who have not purchased the product

Selling, transferring, exchanging, or freely distributing the product files

Including the product in other distributable files without permission

Distributing the product files to third parties, regardless of whether they have been modified

Infringing upon the copyright of the product or impersonating the creator

Extracting the product files and using them to create other products

Providing the product files in any way that allows an unpurchased user to use them

꒰ఎ Commercial Use ໒꒱

Creating and monetizing content such as videos, streams, and photographs using an avatar with this product applied is permitted after consultation with the creator. Please contact me via BOOTH or email for inquiries.

However, selling or distributing the product files themselves, or modified versions of the files, is not permitted.

Avatar commissions and avatar sales using this product must comply with the commission and avatar sales conditions stated in these Terms of Use.

꒰ఎ Modification & Editing ໒꒱

Purchasers may modify the product for personal use, as long as the original form of the product is not significantly altered.

However, modified files may not be redistributed, sold, or shared, just like the original product files.

When using a modified version of the product for an avatar commission or avatar sale, the purchase requirements stated in these Terms of Use must also be followed.

꒰ఎ Refunds ໒꒱

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds due to a change of mind or accidental purchase are generally not available.

If the product has a serious issue or cannot be used properly, please contact me through BOOTH messages or another available contact method.

꒰ఎ Updates & Support ໒꒱

Bug fixes and updates may be provided for the product.

The contents and schedule of updates may be changed at the creator's discretion.

If you encounter any problems while using the product, I will provide support to the extent reasonably possible.

The copyright and related rights of this product belong to the creator.

Purchasing this product does not transfer its copyright to the purchaser.

By purchasing this product, the purchaser is deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use.

꒰ఎ Changes to the Terms ໒꒱

These Terms of Use may be revised as necessary to ensure the proper use of the product.

If the Terms of Use are changed, the revised terms will apply to use of the product after the changes take effect.
