Shifting Winds

Shifing winds is a particle effect that creates a cartoon style imitation wind effect for worlds or avatars. It comes with one texture, 1 scene, 1 prefab and 2 materials.

It's pretty simple and can be an improvement in a spooky world or up in the sky in a normal world. This does not have an attached wind system of any kind its juat a particle system.

This is a free world/avatar prop that uses Poiyomi toon.
