Terms of Service/Use

- Can only be used on finished products (models/avatars or equivalent digital creations).

- No redistribution/sharing of the item in any way, shape, or form. If used within commission work, all parties must own a license to the asset.

- Do not claim as your own (edited or otherwise).

- Do not resell on its own or take parts of the mesh/texture to resell (even if combined with other meshes/textures/etc. in an asset).

- If using on public models/avatars on any platform (e.g., VRChat, Vroid, or similar), DO NOT give out the original model file including the asset.

- If redistributing commercially, add the following rule to your sale: Reuse is not allowed unless bought from the original creator xSwordx / https://sword.booth.pm/.

- Distributing finished products (models/avatars or equivalent), whether commercial or not, requires proper credits to me as the creator. Ensure it is clearly visible, including my usernames and link back to my shop: (xSwordx / SilentSwordswoman / https://sword.booth.pm/).

- Modifications are allowed as long as proper credits are still given to me as the creator.

- No refunds/chargebacks/disputes are allowed. As I sell digital products, they are not refundable.

- It is prohibited for my products to be extracted from a model/creation without purchasing it from my shop first.

- My assets can be used on other games/platforms provided proper credits are given to me.

- No NFT/Blockchain/AI dataset use.

- I am not responsible for updates/edits/modifications you do to the product that break it in any way.

- I am not responsible/liable for any edits/actions done to/with my products. I do not support hateful/malicious/illegal/etc. actions or imagery.
