ハイエンドのカスタムハウス: ロフト/ヴィラ、トップレベルの照明レンダリング、最大限のワールド最適化、中規模または大規模な変更。120,000JPY〜

原則 前払い。または 着手金 50% + 納品前 50%（2 回決済）。

決済は シークレット公開の専用ページをご案内します（カード/PayPal 推奨）。

着手は入金確認後。キュー制で順次対応します（目安：小部屋 1–2 週間、Loft 2–3 週間、大型 3 週間〜）。

制作前：全額返金。

ブロックアウト後：50% 返金。

ライティング開始後：返金不可（期日の変更または同額別案件に振替可）。

※ 決済手数料は返金対象外。

納品物はご依頼者の VRChat ワールドでの使用および配信・宣伝に利用可。

第三者アセットの再配布は不可（お客様側でライセンス準拠の準備をお願いします）。

私は制作実績として画像/動画を公開する場合があります（非公開希望/NDA は事前にご相談ください）。

VRChat/Unity/EAC の規約・TOS に準拠。改造クライアント前提の要件はお受けできません。

Top Tier Custom House: Loft/Villa, top-level lighting rendering, maximum world optimization, medium to large-scale modifications. Starting from 120,000 JPY

▼ Payment/Schedule

Prepayment required. Alternatively, 50% down payment + 50% before delivery (two payments).

（If you trust us enough, you can make a payment directly on this page and then open the payment page to make additional payments.）

Payment will be via a dedicated secret reveal page (card/PayPal preferred).

（Direct Paypal pay is also allowed and maybe on top reffered.）

Work will begin after payment is confirmed. Work will be handled in a queue (approximately: small rooms 1-2 weeks, lofts 2-3 weeks, large rooms 3 weeks and up).

▼ Cancellation/Refund

Before production: Full refund.

After blockout: 50% refund.

After writing begins: No refunds (deadline can be changed or transferred to another job of the same amount).

* Payment fees are not refundable.

▼ Rights & Licenses

Delivered materials may be used in the client's VRChat world, as well as for distribution and promotion.

Redistribution of third-party assets is prohibited (clients are responsible for complying with licenses).

I may publish images/videos as work history (please inquire in advance if you wish to keep them private/have an NDA).

Complies with VRChat/Unity/EAC terms and conditions/TOS. Requests requiring a modified client are not accepted.
