PlayerTeleporterVIP

It's used to control access to a teleport within a VRChat world, allowing only certain users (VIPs) to use it, while others receive a message stating they don't have permission.

In short:

VIPs → Teleport to the configured destination.

Non-VIPs → See an on-screen warning and don't teleport.
