・Enable the 2nd (or 3rd) Main Color option and tick "As Decal"

・Enable the respective avatar's shape key that hides the nose line. This is commonly labelled something like "nose_x" or "nose_line_x"

・Position and scale the decal accordingly.

Below you can find positioning and scale values for a number of popular avatars. These are more or less good starting values to use, feel play to experiment to cater towards your own tastes.
