Import your Vroid model in .VRM format into Blender.

Import the cosplay outfit in .FBX format.

Adjust the mesh to your model using Sculpt mode.

Bind the outfit to the armature:

Select the clothing, then the armature → Ctrl+P → "Empty Groups".
