　変更前【Minuet_Doll3Dモデル利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、イラスト・デザインの3Dモデル（以下「商品」という。）の販売者であるMinuet_Doll（以下「甲」といいます。）と購入者（以下「乙」といいます。）が、商品の利用等のサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）をする場合の規約です。】

　変更後【Minuet_Doll3Dモデル利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、イラスト・デザインの3Dモデル（以下「商品」という。）の販売者であるMinuet_Doll、及び商品を改造、改変、新たなデザインの制作等を行い、第三者が商品を使用できる状態にした二次販売者（以下「甲」といいます。）と購入者（以下「乙」といいます。）が、商品の利用等のサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）をする場合の規約です。

　These Minuet_Doll3D Model Terms of Use (hereinafter “these Terms”) are the terms that apply when Minuet_Doll (hereinafter “the First Party”), which is the seller of a 3D illustration and design model (hereinafter “the Product”), and the purchaser (hereinafter “the Second Party”) engage in usage and other services involving the Product (hereinafter “the Services”).

　Amended version

　These Minuet_Doll3D Model Terms of Use (hereinafter “these Terms”) are the terms that apply when Minuet_Doll, which is the seller of a 3D illustration and design model (hereinafter “the Product”) and the secondary seller, which involves in secondary creations such as rebuilding, modifying and renovating the Product enabling a third party to make use of the Product (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the First Party”), and the purchaser (hereinafter “the Second Party”) engage in usage and other services involving the Product (hereinafter “the Services”).
