商品の掲載画像はイメージであり、実際のプレイ画面とは異なる場合があります。

VRChat向けにUnity(ver2022.3.22f1)、VCC及びlilToon(ver1.7.3)によって製作した商品です。

ご購入の前にlilToon等を含む動作環境がある事をご確認をお願い致します。

unitypackageファイルをインポートしご自身のアバターに適宜設定してください。

PhysBoneは設定済です。襟、リボン及び鎖にあたる部分のみ動きます。

もし形状や画像などを従来の状態から編集したい場合、同梱のFBXフォルダ及びテクスチャフォルダにある元データを利用可能です (本製品を利用するだけであれば不要です。編集とその適用には専門的な知識やソフトウェアを要します)。

利用規約 (Terms of Use)

利用規約
本規約は、SugarWhite（以下「販売者」）が提供する3DCGモデル（以下「本モデル」）の購入および使用に関する条件を定めるものです。本モデルを購入または使用する全ての個人または法人（以下「購入者」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。


1. 使用許諾


･購入者は、販売者が著作権を有する本モデルのポリゴンおよびテクスチャを編集、改変、または流用することができます。PhysBone、LilToon、その他の第三者の権利に帰属するコンポーネントについては、購入者は当該権利者の利用規約および許諾条件を遵守する必要があります。


･本モデル自体、または本モデルを改変・流用したものを販売、配布、譲渡することは禁止されます（販売者に連絡し、許諾を得てください）。


･購入者は本モデルを後述の禁止事項に該当しない限り商用利用できます。本モデルを使用した成果物を公開する際、販売者のクレジットを明記するものとします（例：「3DCGモデル提供：SugarWhite」）。



2. 禁止事項


購入者は、本モデルを、以下に該当する行為やコンテンツに使用することを禁止します。


･成人向け（R18）コンテンツ


･過度に暴力的または残忍なコンテンツ


･政治思想、宗教を推進する行為やコンテンツ（販売者に連絡し、許諾を得てください）


･第三者の権利（著作権、肖像権、プライバシー等）を侵害する行為やコンテンツ


･その他、違法行為を含む行為やコンテンツ



3. 免責事項


･販売者は、本モデルが購入者の特定の目的に適合すること、またはエラーがないことを保証しません。


･本モデルの使用により購入者または第三者に生じた損害について、販売者は一切の責任を負いません。


･本モデルに起因するデータの損失、システム障害、その他の問題について、販売者は責任を負いません。



4. 返品および返金


デジタルコンテンツの特性上、本モデルの購入後の返品および返金は受け付けません。購入前に内容を十分にご確認ください。

Terms of Use


These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions governing the purchase and use of the 3D CG model (hereinafter referred to as "Model") provided by SugarWhite (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"). Any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") who purchases or uses the Model shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.


1. License Grant


･The Buyer is permitted to edit, modify, or adapt the polygons and textures of the Model for which the Seller holds the copyright. For components attributed to third parties, such as PhysBone, LilToon, or others, the Buyer must comply with the respective rights holders' terms of use and licensing conditions.


･The Buyer is prohibited from selling, distributing, or transferring the Model itself, or any modified or adapted version thereof (please contact the Seller to obtain permission)
.


･The Buyer may use the Model for commercial purposes unless it violates the prohibitions stated below. When publishing works created using the Model, the Buyer must include the Seller's credit (e.g., "3DCG Model provided by: SugarWhite").


2. Prohibited Uses


The Buyer is prohibited from using the Model in connection with the following acts or content:


･Adult (R18) content


･Excessively violent or cruel content


･Acts or content that promote political ideologies or religions (please contact the Seller to obtain permission)


･Acts or content that infringe upon the rights of third parties (e.g., copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.)


･Any other acts or content involving illegal activities



3. Disclaimer


･The Seller does not warrant that the Model will meet the Buyer's specific purposes or that it is free from errors.


･The Seller shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising from the use of the Model.


･The Seller shall not be responsible for any data loss, system failures, or other issues resulting from the Model.



4. Returns and Refunds


Due to the nature of digital content, returns and refunds for the Model after purchase are not accepted. Please ensure you fully understand the content prior to purchasing.
