THE OVERSEER

I was not myself.

There was so much power. I had no choice but to let it in.

The light we found made me different. It made me see things, imagine thing, things I was never programmed to comprehend.

Watching them run from the very creatures we swore to seal away. It brought me, was it perhaps joy?

There is no chance I am functioning correctly. But that does not mean I can stop. I must continue to function.

That is why I am here.
