1. It is prohibited to transfer any part of the mesh data of this model to another person, regardless of whether it is paid or free.

2. Making the model data available for download (making it available for download on VRoidHub etc., uploading it to VRC Avatar Pedestal or public is prohibited, including modifications of this model.

3. Repurposing all or part of this model into another model and transferring or selling it is prohibited.

4. Publishing or selling anything that is found to have a high similarity to the topology or UVs of this model as your own work is prohibited.

5. Use in relation to "NFT" is strictly prohibited.

6. Rewriting the license of the VRM model is prohibited.

7. Use for political, religious, defamatory activities, or acts that go against public order and morals is prohibited (this also applies to so-called "spoken-out" Vtuber activities).

8. Copyright of models other than textures created by others belongs to the creator: agar.

9. The terms and conditions may change without notice. If the user continues to use the model without objection after the changes are made, it will be deemed that they have agreed to the changed terms of use.

１．有償無償問わず、本モデルのメッシュデータを一部でも他の人へ譲渡することを禁止します。

２．モデルデータをDLできる状態にすること（VRoidHub等でDL可にすること、VRCのアバターペデスタルやpublicでのアップロードを、本モデルを改造したものを含め禁止します。

３．本モデルの全部、または一部を他のモデルに転用して譲渡や販売することを禁止します。

４．本モデルのトポロジー、UVに高い類似性が認められるものを自身の著作物として発表・販売することを禁止します。

５.「NFT」関連に使用することを一切禁止します。

６．VRMモデルのライセンスを書き換えることを禁止します。

７．政治、宗教、誹謗中傷活動、及び公序良俗に反する行いに関する事に使用することを禁止します（所謂「モノ申す系」Vtuber活動も該当）。

８．他人が制作したテクスチャ以外のモデルの著作権は製作者：agarに帰属します。

９.予告なく規約が変更されることがあります。変更後もユーザーが異議なく利用継続する場合は、変更後の利用規約に同意したものとみなします。
