- Always credit me when using the body

- You cant sell edits of the base but you can privately comission others to edit it for you.

- You cant sell this mesh on its own or claim as yours or give out for free

- you can use on completed avatars for sale as long as you credit me for the Base.

- YOU MUST REMOVE NSFW PARTS OF THE BODY ON FREE AND PUBLIC MODELS

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the use of 3D assets ("Assets") created by TheHaze. By downloading, purchasing, or using our Assets, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Assets according to the terms and conditions set forth herein. The license allows you to use the Assets for personal or commercial projects, subject to the limitations described below.

2. Allowed Uses

You are permitted to:

Modify, remix, and incorporate the Assets into your projects, including but not limited to games, animations, videos, virtual worlds, and other digital or physical creations.

Use the Assets for both personal and commercial purposes, including selling or distributing your creations that include the Assets.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Redistribute or resell the Assets in their original form, either as individual files or bundled with other assets, without significant modification.

Use the Assets in any manner that violates any applicable law or infringes upon the rights of others (e.g., intellectual property, privacy, etc.).

Claim ownership of the Assets, either in whole or in part.

Use the Assets for any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to creating offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Assets are the intellectual property of the Creator. By purchasing or downloading the Assets, you do not gain any ownership rights to the original 3D models, textures, or related content. You only receive a limited license to use the Assets under the terms outlined here.

5. Attribution

Attribution is not required when using the Assets in your projects; however, we encourage you to credit the Creator when possible to support the work.

6. Modification of Assets

You are allowed to modify the Assets as necessary for your projects. However, modified versions of the Assets may not be redistributed or sold in their modified form unless they meet the criteria for a new, original creation that adheres to the guidelines set in these terms.

7. Support and Updates

The Creator may provide updates or support for the Assets at their discretion. Any support offered is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Assets, including but not limited to:

Loss of revenue or profits

Data loss

Business interruption

Claims by third parties

The Assets are provided "as-is," without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Assets if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Assets and destroy any copies in your possession.

10. Refunds

Because these assets are digital assets, I cannot offer any refunds. All sales are final.

11. Governing Law
