Glitchy Digital Display Shader

A shader to be used on nearly any surface which creates the impression of a glitchy CRT/LCD display. Please review the video for the animated effect, the result is highly customizable with many settings.

For best effect, please use a uv mapped texture - black background with white text. Other shapes may work, too.
