URP/VRC Sea of Cloud (Shader)

[Recommend URP version!!!]

This cloud shader can be used in Unity 2022.3.22f1 Built-in and URP Pipeline.

It is based on lit shader, and you can control properties such as color, cloud size, cloud speed, etc...

This shader was created for study purposes, so it may have some limitations.

Feel free to use it.
