VRChat Quest Drunk Effect With Shader

This is a quest effects script with shader to create drunk effects for VRChat.

Can also be used for anything els you want effects for.

Will also work for pc and quest.

added fade in and updated shader with more effects.

Also added a trigger script so there is another way to trigger effects.

This is optional tho.
