当ショップの3Dモデルの使用に関する規約を以下の通り明示します。

外部サイトでの販売・転売の禁止：当ショップで購入した3Dモデルを外部のサイトで販売、転売することは固く禁止されています。

販売しているモデルの権利はEXTENSIONCLOTHINGおよび株式会社EXTENSIONに帰属しています。Gumroadなどのプラットフォームでアバターに着せて販売することも禁止されています。

Regarding Usage in Streams

For companies, please contact us via DM for consultation.

For individuals, streaming is allowed if you send a link to the stream via DM. If you are using it for commercial purposes, such as creating merchandise, or if the stream involves generating revenue, it is also allowed under the same conditions for individuals. However, sharing data during modifications is prohibited. If a Vtuber is outsourcing the modification of the avatar base, two copies must be purchased. Once purchased, the same individual is allowed to use it on other channels.

Prohibition of Sales/Reselling on External Sites:

It is strictly prohibited to sell or resell 3D models purchased from our shop on external sites.

Rights:

The rights to the models sold belong to EXTENSIONCLOTHING and EXTENSION Co., Ltd. It is also prohibited to sell avatars wearing these models on platforms like Gumroad.

Legal Action:

Please note that legal action may be taken if these terms are violated.
