The world is already set up! I didn't package it so you only have unzip the project and open the folder using Unity Hub or Creator Companion in Vrchat "using Unity 2022.3.6f1" and Create a New VRChat World Project,

import "villa Minisiege.unitypackage".

in Assets/Scenes/open "VRCDefaultWorldScene"
