[VTUBER] 3D Ice Dragon Queen Model

An Ice dragon girl 3d model I made and never used

. Package includes the .blend file, as well as a unity package, and a .vsfavatar file ready for Vseeface or Vnyan. vsfavatar file comes with toggles for the wings, the crown, the spread of the wings, and the iced over form.
