Notice:

the component called "limiter" in the prefeb is phys bone collider, which limits the action of chains. You may want to adjust the position of this collider to fit your avatar.

Due to the limitations of vrc phys bone and my bad skill, bones do not simulate chains very well. You can try to adjust the parameters to achieve the effect you want
