Broken Hearted Eye Shader!

Im making an actual description for this as there is alot in this one.

This shader has 2 "states" See video / example for more details

Basic settings list:

Animation Settings (Changing the speed at witch the "states" change)

BG Settings (For the lines inner and outer)

Pupil Settings (For the Pupil Changing to heart to circle etc)

Split Settings (Making the Pupil Broken)

Vig & Alpha Vig Settings (Outer Black / alphaing the mesh)

Bokeh Settings (The Floating Circles / Hearts)

Hue Settings (Changing Hue)
