-I do not accept commissions, please refrain from asking me.

-I do not offer my customers the option of paying for the difference with different licenses.

RULES

-By using or buying any of my creations in any sorts of way, you automatically accept the terms of use it comes with.

-Everything on my Patreon/Cgtrader comes only with personal use licenses.

-Redistribution/Profit with any assets under the personal use license is not allowed.

-The only place where commercial licenses are available is on my Gumroad and Payhip

-Redistributing any of my assets for free is prohibited.

-You cannot use my assets on Avatars/Characters you give out for free/nitro.

-You need to follow the commercial use license properly. If it says character only, then you are only allowed to resell it on a character.

-Whenever reselling your character/scene using my assets with the commercial use licenses, you need to credit me in the description and you need to use my Gumroad or Payhip as credit (hyper link optional) . Gumroad link to a specific asset used is also accepted under an hyper link with "HoloExe". Example: HoloExe

-Vrchat avatar creators, with the commercial licenses you are allowed to make your avatar containing my assets "public" and you can even put it inside a world on a "pedestal"; Under the condition that said avatar is a "demo" with the intention of selling the avatar.

-If you are posting pictures of my assets in any way shape or form on social media (Includes on a character or a scene). You need to credit me in the description, unless you have the commercial license for all of the shown assets.

-Youtubers/Streamers, if any of my assets becomes a part of your mascot, you need to credit me in your description with the personal use license. With the commercial use license on the other hand, credit is not necessary.

-Youtubers/Streamers, if you use my avatars you must credit me. My Gumroad link or actively responding whenever asked where the avatar is from.

-No refund of any of my services or creations under any circumstances, all sales are final.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

What is an affiliate? To make it really short and simple, if you are someone that has an audience and you want to promote my work, you can do so while getting paid for doing it.

What will be promoted? My Gumroad page or a specific product, the affiliate program with Gumroad is very flexible.

The perks of being an affiliate

Affiliates will have access to all of my creations completely free of charge, I will be here to assist you with any technical issues that arise.

The cuts affiliates get with sales range between 5% to 50%, the affiliate cut is flexible. It's never set in stone after you affiliate with me. If you grow, so does your cut percentage.

Minimum requirement to become an affiliate

"If you are not a streamer, replace viewers with likes and double the amount of followers"

-You need to be over 18 years of age.

-1,000 followers.

-10 viewers minimum on average.

-Your audience needs to somehow match with my work (Vrchat, 3D, Art, etc)

-Have a Gumroad account ready to accept payments
