The bracelets come with an FX layer that will allow the Charms to glow when close, the hierarchy needs to be set up correctly or else it wont work, I recommend double checking the FX layer once you have it set up on an avatar, to merge the FX layer to your own use the Avatar Manager addon in the Creator Companion.
