Knight Armor With Cape [Rigged and springboned]

Cape already has spring bones set up!

This is a unity package.

Place the whole prefab inside your model in the hierarchy tab. Make sure to right-click and select unpack prefab so you can start moving the bones.

Move the bones with the corresponding name from the armor to the character's body parts.

test in play more before exporting.
