Depending on your face parameter settings, the preview pic may look different. The outfits are provided by VRoid Studio.

The difference between V1 and V2 is the iris settings in the custom items are different. Eye highlights for each is also different. V1 is meant for rounder shaped eyes and V2 is for half shaped.
