2023.3.13. 左手を大きく上げた時に肩リボンが腕を貫通する不具合を修正いたしました。（ribbonのボーンをUpperArm.Lの子に変更いたしました）

Fixed a bug where the shoulder ribbon would pass through the arm when the left hand was raised. (I changed the ribbon bone to be a child of UpperArm.L)
