Furniture Pack [Simple Modern]

This is the first asset i sell, it includes various furniture to create a modern and simple atmosphere. The asset pack is intended to be used with:

Unity 2019.31f1 and/or Blender 3.0+

The first 7 previewimages and the models generally are made in Blender,

The look in Unity depends on lightning, materialsettings, and the quality of baked lightmaps!

Also the UV Maps can Variate due to Changes and Bugfixes.

The Textures are Brought with the Unity Package but are not Part of the Asset Pack read more about that in the "The Texture" Section, the Recommended Textures with their Links are included if you intend to use the Assets outside of Unity.

The shown scenery on the first 7 previewimages is not included in the Package, its just a usecase example. The Models in the .blend, .fbx and unitypackage are Structured as in the "In Unity" Image.

The Textures

The assetpack includes the models and prefab settings in unity such as the materials.

All previewed renders and the delivered textures in the unitypackage use textures with C01 License, their Sources are written in the documents. The unitypackage includes the textures in 1k to 8k resolution which can be easy changed/switched in the material.

Combinable Parts

The Cactus and Fern Plant can be Combined to new Variations.

All Shelfs which include "Combine" in their Name can be arranged to different Combinations.
