All you have to do is drop the prefab into the scene.

Simply stretch out your hands mid-air to start gliding (or hold spacebar in desktop).

V1.1: Added a stack mechanic to increase speed when re-entering into gliding. As a side effect, the gliding should be more consistent now. However, I don't think it's possible to repeatedly increase your height by default, you'd need to mess with the paramters for that.
