You have to supply the official dynamic bone plugin yourself. The official dynamic bone package is available from the Unity Asset Store.

The avatar will be updated to keep in touch with new VRC systems and features over time. These updated versions will be downloadable with the changes to those who have previously purchased it at no cost.
