Free Fumo Base you can change to your liking! This is an example as Cirno from Touhou Project.

The file includes a unity package ready-to-upload to VRChat as well as all source files (.psd, .blend).

The whole project has been designed to be easy to edit and customise.

The shader is Poiyomi and needs to be imported into the project:https://github.com/poiyomi/PoiyomiToonShader
