You cannot do with this model:

• Resale and redistribution is strictly prohibited.

• Change the format and resell / redistribute it (For personal use no problem)

• You cannot claim it as yours (anyone who pays for the model will be able to download it and use it as a public image, but the creation rights belong to ELI)

• Violent use of this model is prohibited.

• Prohibited sexual expressions in this model.

• Forbidden to use for religious terms.

• Forbidden to use it to insult a religion / person / culture etc.

• It is forbidden to discredit the creator

You can do with this model:

• You can use it as a public image to create content. (You understand that more than one can use this model).

• Commercial use is allowed (from your platform or what you generate with that image, but not to sell the model)

• You can convert the model to MMD or FBX (or any format) for personal use

• You can assign any name you want

• You can give it the personality you want
