This is my first vtuber model for sale! Their name is Charon but you may change that name if you'd like. Charon is a modified Vroid Model. She has Iphone tracking and VRM Springbone physics.

NOT ALLOWED:

-Refunds

-Reselling or Redistributing the model

-Claiming that you made the model

-Refusing to credit Model Creator (please credit my twitter, ZinthieVT)

-Reusing textures/assets on this model (if you want the assets please buy them from the creators like everyone else, they are credited below.)

-Using Charon to be malicious to others. Be kind please.

-Using Charon for Political and/or bigoted activities.

-Using Charon in instances of heavy Gore or extreme fetish activities. (R18 is fine however if the owner is an adult themselves).

-Recreating the model or likeness with the same or similar assets and reselling it.

Failure to comply to these rules after a written warning will result in a DMCA copystrike and a ban from my store and future items.

ALLOWED:

-Use in Vtuber activities (such as twitch/youtube, etc) where the owner makes revenue

-Conversion to VRchat is allowed (please turn avatar cloning off and do not upload for others to use)

-commissioning art or making merch with character's image is allowed.
