For the dress, you need to have "pencil skirt" selected. For the boots, you need "pants (no crease) with the pants hem (narrower) at 57.6. For the shoes, you need "basketball sneakers" selected. For the fingerless gloves, necklace and tights, just put the skin layer above any other skin layer you have.
