[OUTDATED] Simple Bell System - SOUNDS INCLUDED [Choker or collar not included!!]

This is a simple System for playing sounds of bells ringing on an avatar in VRChat. Sounds are included but a collar or choker to put it on is not!

!!!! Please note it will only work correctly if you are using write defaults on! !!!!

You will need the Avatars 3.0 Manager from https://github.com/VRLabs/VRChat-Avatars-3.0 to follow the setup directions provided.
